Final Video Script and App Refinements

We filmed a rough cut of the final video this week. Seeing it back made the gaps obvious — the opening was too slow and we never showed the moment of real value.

We rewrote the first twenty seconds around a single concrete scene: a student tapping the app at recess, alone on a bench, and the counselor seeing it the next morning.

On the app side we polished spacing, fixed RTL alignment bugs in the Hebrew copy, and added a quiet empty state to the dashboard for counselors with no active students yet.
